Biography

Jennifer Kronovet is the author of Awayward (BOA, 2007), which was selected by Jean Valentine as the winner of the A. Poulin, Jr. Poetry Prize, and The Wug Test (Ecco Press, 2016), which was selected for the National Poetry Series. Using the name Jennifer Stern, she co-translated Empty Chairs (Graywolf Press, 2015), the poetry of Chinese writer Liu Xia. She also co-translated The Acrobat, selected poems of experimental Yiddish writer Celia Dropkin. She currently edits Circumference Books, a new press for poetry in translation that she co-founded. For more information about Jennifer Kronovet, visit jenniferkronovet.com.
