Rochester, NY – June 26, 2024 – BOA Editions, Ltd. is thrilled to announce that it has been selected as a recipient of the 2024 Amazon Literary Partnership Poetry Fund grant. This prestigious grant will support BOA Editions’ ongoing efforts to foster readership and appreciation of contemporary literature through our Blessing the Boats Selections initiative. This grant funding will help us continue publishing exemplary works of poetry by women of color, diversifying the contemporary literary landscape.

Since 2009, Amazon Literary Partnership has provided more than $17 million in funding to local, regional, and national organizations across the country that empower writers to create, publish, learn, teach, experiment, and thrive in order to reach their audiences. This year, we are honored to provide nearly $1 million in funding to 93 literary organizations across the country that support and champion writers.
